I came across this website from Kimberly Clark. It has lots of good info on the importance of washing your hands and much more to keep infections away. Thought you all might want to check it out. http://www.haiwatchnews.com/
It is a nice day out. All are snow is melting. The sun is shining. Mom is in bed but not napping . She has been wide awake all week. No naps. I don't know whats going on. She is still talking to us and even moving around a little. Which is a big deal. :)
Happy Valentines Day Every One.

Happy Valentine's Day to you also, Karen. I love how you honor your mother.
ReplyDeleteIt's great that she's alert for now! Enjoy. Papa
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link. Hope things are going pretty well today.
ReplyDeleteWe're to have another round of snow tonight. I think we all need to start praying for Spring. We should have a lot less mosquitoes after this winter's cold & snow. That's a good thing.

Thanks Karen, for passing along this informative web site.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to hear that your mom's awake and alert, for however long....
Blessings to you!
Dolores
Ooh I like your new layout!
ReplyDeleteHey Karen! You know sleep patterns just get crazy sometimes! There have been nights when I am sure mom is awake all night! I hate going to bed knowing that, but I can't stay up all night either. I just make sure she is covered and secured and go to bed, then in the early a.m. when I go in there, she is wide awake. Now for awhile she has been in a more normal sleep pattern, if you can call it that. It is really her end of life sleep pattern, and it too is subject to change from time to time. Just take each day and each moment that goes by, and know that there is another change ahead. Appreciate those alert moments she has.
ReplyDeleteThanks guys. She is talking up a storm right now. And she yelled for me by name to come to her room today. Cool.
ReplyDeleteIts really an amazing work done by author, its an admirable work done
ReplyDeleteKeep it up
