He enjoyed it, and thank goodness they had tomato juice for him, as he wouldn't let me bring in a can of apricot nectar for him to have.

Brilliant idea to cut the straw. do you have the big wide straws they have at places like MacDonalds or QuickChek for milkshakes? if not, I'll bet your local McDonald's manager would just give you a bunch of them. Are you friendly with a clergyman? That might be good -- have the pastor ask the manager.

I am awed by how you cope. Bless you.
CassCass @ That Old Househttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12173199705431319322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3227525769485397391.post-78654894608565294462009-10-28T20:08:32.106-07:002009-10-28T20:08:32.106-07:00I can't but think what a great daughter you ar...I can't but think what a great daughter you are to take such good care of your mom.happyonehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14186179870233267082noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3227525769485397391.post-91485714846217089592009-10-28T14:04:24.196-07:002009-10-28T14:04:24.196-07:00Thanks Karen, for so many good ideas.
